All of us here in this room are a [[[[group]]]] of people representing the country’s first line of defense against the on-going crisis as well as the spearhead for overcoming the crisis.
We need to speak because what we say is important; but we also need to listen.
Outside this hall, I can very clearly hear the deafening silence of the citizens. We cannot ignore it.
It is the silence of living in anxiety, of degraded everyday life, of indifference to public affairs; the silence of alienation. It is the silence of people who are confused, frightened, exhausted. It is the silence of resignation...
