The Hellenic Observatory of Corporate Governance (HOCG) is a research and education center dedicated to the study and application of responsible corporate governance principles in the Greek Business environment. The mission of the HOCG is to examine and monitor the practices of corporate governance through the observation and research of corporate directors, investors, and senior executives. HOCG activities focus on identifying and promoting responsible practices worldwide in all aspects of corporate governance. As part of these activities it hosts at this site the research conducted by the team of Brunel University.
